Hey guys, I'm writing a paper and I need to cite
>As I lay dying, the woman with the dog's eyes would not close my eyes as I descended into Hades
from Sir William Marris's translation of the Odyssey. The problem being I do not own the book and thus don't know what page this quote is on.
If anyone does have a copy and could tell me I'd be incredibly thankful.

No it is Marris https://books.google.com/books/about/The_Odyssey_Translated_by_Sir_William_Ma.html?id=8LoSMwEACAAJ
Theres nothing I can do to help then. You should, perhaps, change translation.

T-that particular translation is crucial to the use of the quote. But thank you anyways for looking anon, your help is appreciated.

I think you'll have a hard time finding it, anon: the Marris translation seems only to have been published once (Oxford UP 1925), from what I can tell even library holdings of that are not that common, and Marris died in 1945, so his published works only entered the public domain in the UK on 1 January 2016 (I am not sure of the US situation: OUP published in New York as well as London and other places at the time, and the LOC has it too: https://lccn.loc.gov/27026109).
Is your paper perhaps about As I Lay Dying, by Faulkner?
Can't you do a second hand reference? (x as quoted by y in random book)

Ignoring how you got yourself into such an oddly specific corner, your best bet is just getting an ebook of any translation of the odyssey and just search the pdf for instances of "hades." Will probably be a lot of hits before the right passage, but should be manageable.

I don't know if this helps you, OP, but the translation is of Odyssey 11.424-6 (i. e., Book 11, lines 424-6). Couldn't you use that as the citation, along with the publication details of the translation (William Marris, The Odyssey of Homer, London, New York : Oxford Univeristy Press 1925)?

Literally searched the odyssey and then the quote.
