If you want to argue that family should only matter when it serves one's rational interest, then yes egoism is anti-oedipus.

However, it is also fair to argue that being "anti-oedipus" is also a complex or as you put it a trap. Refusing any part in the oedipe is as neurotic as being trapped in the neuroses of the oedipe.

Anyway, read Jung. The individuation is the answer to both the oedipe (through differentiation) and pragmatic interest.

The oedipe is part of the human condition. Rejecting the human condition is the Nietzschean path where the ubermensch reinvents himself. If that's your cup of tea, try to go to the gym, eat healthy and stop watching porn. See how far you go without breaking down.

If you reject the Nietzschean way, you have to embrace the human condition. But you have to do it in a non ideological way: everything has its good part and bad part. So the oedipe has a bad part that must be criticized but is also the foundation of human life and must be held as sacred.

Jung has written an awful lot so it is hard to really give a good starting point. In fact, I'll recommend you to watch some Jordan Peterson videos because that's what got me into what Jung really meant.
