When writing a story in a world vastly different from our own, what is the best way to provide exposition? I want something that is logical and not too heavy-handed. I'm thinking maybe introduce a clueless character and have others explain things to them? Other options?
That sounds really stale. Go for the less fucked out option and introduce a child that's being educated in that culture. Gradually it and the reader become more ingrained

That seems kinda stale to me too. I mean how often do you see the "child grows up, parent dies, now they understand the world" thing?

Any way you spin it, you have to have somebody explain shit to the reader. People who need shit explained to them are outsiders, retards and children. I guess take your pick

huh, retard is kinda novel
Just read more fantasy novels and it'll be pretty damn easy to figure out how to do it.

but where find book
You literally won't do it and never will. Also I'd inherit. I don't see what you're trying to accomplish.
