Look mate, I work in a library. We outsource our cataloging, and most places do so I imagine your library is the same-and they make tonnes of mistakes. The dewey system is also quite arbitrary as it was invented at a time before a lot of topics were invented, and libraries don't have the space on the sticker to put a 9 digit call code so we round it up. We can't fix it, even if we wanted too and had the time, because there's no budget for it anymore. Just leave it where you found it.

Also the difference between 391 and 392 can be huge. 001 for example is conspiracy theories while 005 is computers.
