The only actual full books of Nietzsche's you should read for general philosophy and thought food are Zarathustra, Birth of Tragedy and Beyond Good and Evil.

Zarathustra for actual ideas and Tragedy for interesting ways of constructing arguments and ideas. Beyond Good and Evil is also thought food but less profound than Zarathustra, but also more political
