The point of Nietzsche is not that there is no evil, it's just a redefinition of what evil is and of his nature (which should not be seen as a opposite of good, but rather a excess in certain traits: hence why those traits should not be demonized).
Nietzsche valued the aesthetic experience above literally everything else in his life, so he would have probably agreed with your intense hatred for that flyer.
