Actual reality consists of human behavior because our behavior is the manifestation of the Mind's possibilities into form. History has been the development of the Mind and right now we are the Reason stage of development. Reason does not yet realize that it is only one stage in the development of Mind and instead Reason wants to carry on its own goals. However, reason can't complete its own goals because everything succumbs to the development of the Mind throughout history.
