How do you even memorize new words? I feel like I've reached a point where I'm not learning any new ones, despite the fact that I keep practicing every day. It's so frustrating. I'm stuck with this incredibly limited vocabulary and can't write anything worthwhile in English.

I'd love to be able to help you, but it's more or less an automatic process. I read and read, and when I encounter a word I don't quite know, I either look it up or figure out its meaning through context. The one trick I might suggest is to memorize or contemplate the sentence or phrasing surrounding the word as you attempt to learn it.
