Whats the best book you've read which takes place mainly in London?
The Twelve Inch Problem of Jerome.
Book of dave by will self
Some of it is set in a post apocalyptic London, but the parts set in present day London are excellent. The geography, topography, vernacular, atmosphere, culture, social history, mindset etc are all fantastically observed and written about.
