What are some good books about taiming, creating habits, motivation, etc?

strict workout schedule would get you on the right track to a more active and motivated lifestyle. pick up a book on workouts and routines. i workout early so the rest of the day seems much easier. i also cook most nights, i feel better when i make something wholesome.
you could pick up a book on someone you find interesting and try to work like they do.
i really dont know any that really talk about habits and self help.

just be reasonable and dont look for motivation, stop trying so hard to over intellectualize it problems and be a problem solver.
