Hi /lit/. Need advice on how to put myself in a better environment to read. Can only get about an hour in on work days and 3 hours in on days off. I'm too distracted w screens or I'm jackin off or I'm contemplating the priority problem for hours on what to read next or I'm browsin this fuckin page. Need some help, thanks

Set a page goal or a time goal and stick to it every day at almost the same time. Also, pick something you're interested in for a start.
Just practice. Set a goal: I'm not going to look at anything else besides this book for 10 minutes. Then time yourself. 15, 20, 25... You'll get better as you go but it's a matter of willpower.
