Making this post has sent me down the rabbit hole looking online for any trace of the edition that I have and it doesn't seem to exist. Even with all the publication info and ISBN I can only find paperback versions. It's a hardcover and if it ever had a dust cover I lost it.
The weird thing is that on the front cover is the British Airways coat of arms, which I can't make any sense of.
