>want to read like 10 different books

If you can't muster enough attention to even choose a book to read, then perhaps you aren't cut out for reading. Try playing a game instead.

I have the same problem with games actually
never finish*

just go outside for an hr or so and only take one book with you. Go to a park or something. Sit on a bench.
>>9172993
Do you enjoy the books you've started?

consider sudoku
When I can't get into to a book, it's because I'm distracted by stuff in my life or it's poorly written. Or it's way too hard for me, but you can tell pretty easily when that's the problem.

iktf. There are two ways to by-pass this. One is to read something short, around 100 pages more or less. Read a couple short books like that and you'll get in the habit of fininishing books and enjoying it. The other option is to read something long, 800+ that you'll be committed to for a few weeks and because of that won't be thinking about other books that much since you have your reading cut out for you for some time ahead.

Look dude you already know the answer. It sucks, but you already know the answer.
You read one book. Just one. Two doesn't work, I tried it, you only get tugged into some other book and then it's three (and soon it's four).
