Yuval Noah Harari and his work: good or pop-philosophy garbage for the plebs?
I specifically mean the following two:
>Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow
>Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind
I watched a talk he gave about Sapiens, and it seemed like he is fitting Dawkins's memes into an early historical context, making some commentary relevant in today's crisis situations.
Anyone read them? How are they?

Is he redpilled?

Seeing how "redpilled" these days means "agrees with /pol/ imbecility", I sure hope not.
He looks like Anthony Wiener
Jewish transhumanist

So higher than average IQ?
>transhumanist
So rational intellectual?
I enjoyed Sapiens and thought it was pretty insightful, even though I didn't agree with all the conclusions he made.
But I don't post on /r9k/ or /pol/ so I don't know if my opinion has any value.
I read his book sapiens. It was quite interesting. Apaarently there used to be 15 feet tall sloths.
