w/r/t your question, why do you want to read Capital? it's a big boring economics textbook. you'll probably get more out of an anthology if you're coming at Marx cold. no comment on the other two dudes.

Marx is probably the easiest of the bunch to comprehend-- but find some book on Marxist terminology, and you'll have no problem. Walter Benjamin is fantastic, but not easy. Just get a copy of Illuminations and tackle the essays slowly, thoughtfully, one at a time. I would assume this is the collection they'll have you read, as Art in the Age of Mrchanical Reproduction is his 'iconic' essay, and is found in that collection. If your thrown Adorno's Aesthetic Theory I wouldn't say youre fucked, but I would not envy your task of having to plow through it-- it requires intense concentration and an ability to apply all you've read to what follows. I say this as an admirer of his Minima Moralia, which is written like all Nietzsche's texts with the exception of the horribly 'involved' Will to Power. If you need practice sustaining your concentration I suggest a good volume of Robert Louis Stevenson's Essays (deceptively simple) or one of Virginia Woolfe's Common Reader volumes.
