What're some books to help deal with the fact that you are the bad guy?

Sympathy for the Devil by the Rolling Stones is a p good song for this. Not a lot of books for it though.
I like Tolstoy's "bad" characters like Anatole Kuragin.

I feel like much of Alan Moore's work treats the 'good guys' and 'bad guys' as necessary foils for one another, essentially saying that the villain is just as vital as the hero in the broader scheme of things. That might be some comfort.
Baudelaire often celebrates vileness, so if you're looking for a more overt defense that may be up your alley.
Or you can just read the Bible or something and strive to become the good guy.
