I enjoy how the PT revealed why Yoda was so reluctant to accept someone so old.
They found Anakin too late and it fucked them, he couldn't live for compassion alone. He needed a mother figure, and he needed a physical closeness.
He found Padme, an older woman.
He resented, Obi-Wan, his father, due to Palpatine's influence.
