I was looking into buying something as a nice reference guide in my English studies. Many people recommended me the Penguin Dictionary of Lit Terms and Lit Theory 4th Edition as a solid book, but there is a fifth edition out.

Does anyone own one or both books? Which would you recommend purchasing?

I heard from some with both that the fourth is more comprehensive, and that the fifth really only expands upon multicultural theory and doesn't do anything better.

Well, the Fourth Edition is on LibGen, so if you don't wanna waste too much money, just print the PDF or keep it in your computer.

And I just ended up downloading both editions. There goes that, I suppose.
