How can a non-native speaker improve his pronunciation? I've tried
reading out loud but saw little effect.
Interact with natives and study phonetics. That's all I got.

1. Speak to native speakers
2. Watch TV and try to copy the accents/sounds closely

If I already know perfectly well how to pronounce a word correctly but it's just not coming out right due to my tongue not being accustomed to the language, would reading out loud still not work? Or are you in the same situation?
Why do you cucks want to sound like a native anway? If people understand you completely (which they do when you know the language good enough) you are fine.
