Hey /lit/. So I'v decided to start getting into philosophy, I know of many famous philosophers, but I wouldn't know where to start with their work. Who are some entry-tier philosophers and what are some philosophical works you could rec me?

Philosophy is fairly impenetrable at first. Id buy an anthology if I were you but plato and descartes are pretty good starting points. But a wide reading like youd find in an anthology would probably be best so you can read the most important snippets from several important figures.
