Enroll in your local community college and take math classes, friend.
best thing to do is to enroll in cc classes, they can be very cheap.
otherwise you need to read Euclid's elements

I am a defender of Euclid's elements yet reading it for basic practical purposes such as the OP's is terrible advice. Don't do that, OP, use the internet and modern books to fill in the gaps as best you can.
You can't just read a book and not take notes, or write nothing of your own. You absolutely have to do problems, there is no getting around this. If you're not doing problems, then you're not learning or doing math.

Try Openstax, it's free. Otherwise, Zumdahl for chemistry, Sears and Zemansky for University level physics, Thomas or Stewart for Calculus.
Calculus is good because it forces you brush up on everything. If you're anything like me when studying maths from topic to topic, you forget shit all the time. Calculus forces you keep everything about trigonometry and logarithms in your head.
