What are the best translations of Kierkegaard?
Specifically for Either/Or.
Read Descartes or Augustine instead

The Hong translations are the only reliable ones I know.
Just to spare a thread, which greek philosopher was the one who said everything is fire?

pretty sure penguin's either/or is abridged, if that bothers u. feel like u should get hong's translation if u want an unabridged version or if u like the way it's written more. honestly just open it in amazon/google preview or w.e and compare the two copies and see which version u like more. maybe get the hong's later bc ur not gonna understand everything right away anyway so it's just better to get a good overall understanding from the penguin, which is supposedly an easy (not meaning for dumbasses, just smoother u know) read, idk ur call
