Hi /lit/ I'm a retard that never read too much outside of school, I'm currently quitting a videogame addiction and it turns out I chose literature to fill some of that dopamine void, what are some basic entry-level books, even the chart "new to /lit/" is too much for me, thanks
1) Read Proclus
2) Listen to Migos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-sJp1FfG7Q
3) Browse /lit/ like a fucking FAG hahahahahahaha

You might want to start with themes you like.
What kind of computer games do you like?
I started with Catcher in the Rye, it's fairly enjoyable and not all that complicated
commence with the hellenes

Not sure what you're asking. Is it the actual reading that's difficult or getting used to reading for enjoyment?
Either way I'd say just go for some Teen/Young Adult Fiction. Most of it can be taken at face value and is designed to be entertaining throughout.

Women and Men is a good place to start, but if that's a bit too costly then Making of America by Gertrude Stein, In the House of Ulysses by Julian Rios are both good beginner books, and a good light novel where you should start is Double or Nothing by Raymond Federman, that will take you max two days to finish
