Yeah, and it's damn worth it for 70$. I got the Kobo Aura, it works fine, although a teeny bit glitchy, and I'm proud to support a canadian company.
Yeah absolutely, kindle paperwhite here, half the time I'd rather use that than a book.
probably not for anything I have to flip back for, but any sort of short-ish novel it's great.

find .txt or .pdf files of novels online and email them to your Amazon account (I think it's just [email protected], but double-check on their site). Your Kindle can read them as an e-book, and people have been posting .txt files of popular novels for years, so there are storehouses of stuff out there...
