It is an ok book. It hasn't aged very well I think, but some motifs transcend time.

And if doesn't work for you, at least you can discuss it with other people; it is a classic.

Some bits were helpful but the rest was so goddamned obvious it read like a book for genuine sufferers of aspergers.
