Well, you know, you've got your Crime, of course, and that's represented in the character of, uh, so-and-so, and but then on the other hand, you've got Punishment, and oh boy, I don't know who's worse. It's really a battle, I think, between these two ideas. But in the end, of course, what do you know, it turns out that it's the two together that really, uh, puts the spice in life. You can't have one without the other. That's my interpretation anyway.
