I have a kindle but I also like having physical copies of the books I read, so I usually buy the book and then download an ebook and read it on my kindle (lighter, can read at night, easy to highlight), or if I bought it from the kindle store I always try to buy a physical copy too.
Does it happen to you? How do you decide which books you'll read in x format? Do you make annotations? That's another reason I like having the physical book so I can write on the borders.
I've tried reading from my computer, kindle, ect. but I just can't do it. I Always go physical even if it's usually more expensive

I buy the books I want and when I dont have money I download them. Feol time to time I buy the ones that Ive read on ereader but I dont lose my shit over it. You could try to make a list with the books youve read so when you have spare money you can catch up.

It's usually the other way around. I'll read it on the kindle first and if it's a must have then I will buy the printed version as well. I like having a library and I like being able to reference back to books, and it's easier with printed text than in e-format. Plus there are certain people and certain books I will lend out if I think it can touch someone so having a physical copy is nice.
Why would you ever buy a digital copy? Especially if you have already (or will) buy the physical real book.
