Holy cow, I thought this was going to be a serious book, but so far it's just filled with funny pranks! I can't stop laughing!
Bulgakov is the original prankster.
Frankly I enjoy the japes, capering and the hijinks in this book
Whenever people ask me about Bulgakov I always tell them that goofs and gags abound! He's a riot!

Your post sounds ironic but it really is the funniest book I've read so far, espacially if you read it in russian.
Anyone else thinks that M&M is a postmodern novel predating said movement
So when Margarita starts rubbing Woland's knee, is that suppose to imply sex?
Did Bulgakov's wife have an affair with Stalin?
Russians love goofs and gaffs

Wait until he hauls a huge golden gong on the stage.
Honestly a top-tier book, my favorite desu.
>Satan's Ball
so good
I've read this book thinking it was a humorous fantasy novel when I was thirteen. I wasn't disappointed.
What does everyone think about the P&V translation?
I loved it but it may have been an old translation :/
