Anybody else try this month? Currently at 54k but still not finished. Or, general writing thread I guess.
I hammered out 33k before I ran out of steam, I'll definitely be trying next year.
Only broke 10,000 but published in zine format for limited distro and editing. Going to try and do another 10,000 over holidays.
Finished yday but just used it to draft sections of novel and counted redrafting those sections towards word count.
No. I always miss these since they run during the busiest time of the year for me.
I'm planning on trying something similar in January, when exams are over and I'll be cooped up inside anyway.
How do you overcome the disgust that comes with writing tho?
I liked nanowrimo. Unfortunately, they didn't like me so much, or my content lol. I got banned but now me and my buddy host our own one to the same end.

I was already working on a novella before November and finished it earlier this month. I didn't know what to write after. I have a couple ideas, but I just don't know what to do with them. My first book (novel) and second book (novella) just sort of came to me in an idea and then writing them was easy as cake. It just flowed. But now... nothing. I guess this is writer's block, or maybe I'm just in a bind where I can't presently think creatively like before.
Anyways, I fully intend to make a NaNoWriMo book some day. Hopefully next year I'll get to it.
