I used to own a used bookstore. I see a few posts every now and then asking about /lit/ jobs or asking about where to find some weird rare books. I can probably answer some questions.
I don't know if there's any interest in this, but I'll give it a shot.
Properly rotated picture to show I mean business.
How many wives did Li Fong have?

He actually only had two. It still kind of sucked when they were serpent demons.

SF/horror covers don't look like that any more, more's the pity
instead of waiting for a question, you could perhaps offer a colourful anecdote about a customer, or book.
although one thing i want to raise is, how often did you have to deal with book worms/lice/parasites in books?

I'm about to go to bed, but I'll post an anecdote later.
We almost never had parasites, partly because the store was in a desert climate. If someone did bring in boxes with weird bugs in them (which was rare), I would tell them to just dump their stuff at the thrift store. I can't recall a single instance of any bug-infested collections being worthwhile.
