I only know the full play by Peter Stein (part 1 and 2). It's worth watching and you can find it on youtube. I don't even think that there are other plays that did the full second part (considering that Goethe said the second part is impossible to stage).

Nevertheless, if you are looking for the best version of the play it would be the one by and with Gustav Gründgens (You can find it on youtube as well). The second part is audio only (and contains only 25% of the whole book).
