Multi-track drifting trolley problem
A trolley is heading towards a fork, one leading to a single tied up victim and the other leading to five tied up victims. The track is broken and the trolley will derail killing all six people, but you can fix the track to make it only go down one way. There is also a small chance that you can make the trolley derail in such a way that it misses all six people, but the chance is very small and failing will always kill all six.
