I'm going to stop taking german courses next semester. What should I read to keep up my fluency?

German.
Just read trash fiction. English authors translated to German are fine for the purpose of maintaining fluency.
Schiller, Goethe, Brecht

Archimboldi

Grass, Hesse
Hesse shouldn't be too hard. Brecht's good too. The other's mentioned I think are too complicated if you're not at least C1 level. You could also try Stefan Zweig and Swiss authors like Friedrich Dürrenmatt and Max Frisch. The good thing about Dürrenmatt is, his works are really funny, though containing earnest topics and are easy to read (and he has over 40 works). What else, you could try contemporary authors like Peter Stamm (Agnes is good), Robert Schneider (Schlafes Bruder is really good) and maybe Sigurd Pruetz (falsch gedacht, it's easy and entertaining, kind of the German Catcher in the Rye, just not that negative and more interesting).
Have fun with the German language, mein Freund.
