I've successfully stopped watching porn for 3 years now and only fap like once a week or so.
What helped for me was just replacing bad habits with good ones.

Some of these replaced habits include:
- Cut out hot showers, only and only cold showers, best in the morning too. I take hot shower once a week because I just feel like it cleans a bit better from others cigarette smoke in hair etc.

- Eat your fucking vegetables, meat, nuts. Don't completely cut out sugar, that's a shitty fad, most professional thai boxers even drink a little fizzy drinks once a day. Sugar is not the devil it's made out to be.

- Started reading books (that's why i'm on this boards)

- Picked up a physical active hobby (thaiboxing 3 times a week)

Those habits combined with work or school will make you not really want to fap anymore, if you have any spare time left that is.
