There's a book festival in my town this weekend, but I've never heard of any of the people who will be there. Is it worth it to go anyway?
Also should I ask the cute girl in my lit class to go with me?

Redpilled intellectual frogposter here.
There will probably only be shit minority writers. Oh and your 'qt girl' only yearns or Chad cock and is superficial and a massive worthless whore.
Stay home and watch anime

So, you're telling me to go and ask her to come with me? Got it
>>8630244
>watch anime
Perfectly correct post otherwise.

Motivating you to not end up like me ;-)
Go get her

>this is what /pol/ actually believes

Yeah, check it out and ask her to come along. If it's good, you find some new fun authors to read. If it sucks, you can at least get a few good laughs out of it. I once went to a really shitty poetry reading at a local bookstore with my gf, and it was great because we picked up on so many dumb things about the poet's imagery for inside jokes we still make today.

Should I tell her I'd like to make it a date, or should I just invite her without specifying and see what happens? (Let's be honest, I'll chicken out and do the latter no matter which one I should do)

Keep it casual, senpai. She isn't dumb
>>8630382
Depends on how close you already are with her. You're gut judgement is probably best.
