But literally every line of the Aeneid is a perfect masterpiece. Nobody could have interpolated a single line, it would be very obvious.

If you want to use to reasoning of the Muslins the Aeneid has a better claim on divine authorship than their Al Coran.

This is a great understanding of Virgil if you want to believe stories about the poet from 400 years after his death and degenerate, crackpot "Pythagorean" readings that arose when Roman society was starting to break down. Cacozelia is indeed an unusual word in Latin, because it's Greek, kαkοζηλία, and there's nothing bizarre about it: it means "bad/faulty/affected imitation", from
kαkο (bad) and ζῆλος (imitation, emulation). It doesn't mean anything like "hidden subversion". It refers to Virgil's constant echoes of Lucretius and Ennius, as well as other echoes we miss because their originals are lost.

And military leaders in Rome at this time were highly educated members of the upper class. It would be unusual for Agrippa to NOT have had literary tastes. Julius Caesar, for example, as much of a military man as can be, also helped create formal Latin grammar, and was a renowned stylist and speaker.
