Hey /lit/, does an autobiography written by a fictional character count as an autobiography if I enter a contest for autobiographies?

Technically, yes.
Autobiographies by definition are someone's life accounts made by that person. Unless it strictly dictates in the rules that it has to be about the living author outside of the prose, you should be fine.
In all honesty, what you're doing is quite risky. You may become disqualified as others have said, or inversely, utterly blow away the competition.
