Getting into Kierkegaard. I read some introductory material, but none of his actual writings. What should I read? Mainly reading to learn about existentialism.

Chronological order starting with his earliest work by date of writing, same as you would for any other philosopher

Read Kierkegaards 'spiritual writings' first to understand his mindset a little more.

Then Either/Or
I'll probably get bullied for this, but I found it helpful to start with A Kierkegaard Anthology edited by Robert Bretall. It let me read important passages from his actual writings in a chronological way with a little guidance. Then I went back and read Either/Or, Fear and Trembling, and The Sickness Unto Death.
The Sickness Unto Death was my favorite to read, and in my uninformed opinion the most relevant to later existentialism.
I really love Kierkegaard's fire and his intensely personal approach to philosophy, but I honestly still don't fully understand most of his ideas.
Read the Concept of Irony, then Either/Or, then get into F&T, Repetition, Sickness, and Concluding Unscientific Postscript.
Semi-related question; where can I buy the full version of the philokalia? I've only found it as an e-book.
