we can argue that prose is more or less what defines 'style' in a book and the 'substance' being the subject and things that are really happening. Of course there is overlap between style and substance and you can't really separate them.
So you have to look at what the style is in a visual medium. For film, I'd say this is cinematography but also use of color, setpieces and music sometimes.
For paintings videogames and sculptures you can now easily sea the distinction, even if there is overlap.
Music is weird because it's only notes. You could say instrumentation and texture is the style, or say that music is only style.
Ultimately it doesn't really matter when your consuming art, because you should look at both substance and style and see how they go together.

I think its the entire manipulation of what we see; lighting, wardrobe, props, cinematography, etc. Prose has multiple subsections implicit to its definition as well.
