The virtues as understood by virtue ethicists plays zero roll in Kant's ethics. For Kant all that is required is that you do the right thing as dictated by reason. Whether you are a virtuous person or a scum bag doesn't matter. He only conceives of someone who does good, not someone who is good.

This is not completely truth, Kant does not abide any kind of violence (nor physical. nor emotional) between insersubjectivity relationships and the mingled wills of rational beings, for this would imply dehumanizing other subject. i.e. virtue forms part of Reason compromising itself in intersubjectivity at its social and individual core, this is what compromises ethics, for Kant; then, virtue importance in his whole morals canon would be the expansion of rational thought and its maxims as a way to the greater good.
