I don't think I've ever read anyone's good, original writing on /lit/. Is that because everyone who bothers to share their stuff is a cringey tryhard dipshit?

Show me some good writing by a /lit/ user

I believe it's a combination of 1) deliberately writing something bad/offensive because 4chan, and 2) stuff that has some merit but goes unrecognized because a) someone will inevitably dump on it and b) simply being on this site sullies everything it contains.

"The Jizz Dragon" by Anon
Once upon a time there was a wizard and he was a pretty cool guy I guess he was friends with Alexander the Great and sometimes they'd get hammered and go on adventures. One day, Alexander and The Wizard went on an adventure to a great cave and discovered the mighty flesh dragon known as "The Jizz Dragon". The Wizard approached but by The Jizz Dragon's mighty ejaculations he could only get so close without taking a direct impact. So Alexander the Great being the cool guy he is threw a spear and hit The Jizz Dragon in the veins of its throat. The Wizard took this opportunity to cast a mighty spell to seal away The Jizz Dragon to the depths of inferno. The Wizard found some dank(1) gold and Alexander found the true meaning of friendship. Later that day, they spent all of The Wizard's gold on pussy and spirits, The Wizard outlived Alexander but he will forever remember him as a true friend.
(1) Dank - cold, moist, damp
