Incredible finds for a thrift store. Really beats the literal walls of Twilight and 50 Shades of Grey

Wait I didn't notice the Simulacra. That one has sum lasting value. Reassessment: 4.5/10

I literally have no idea how all these ended up in a thrift store around the same time.
Running theories are; somebody lit PhD recently unloaded all his extra stuff, or that this city is so stupid that good books accumulate while all the John Grisham stay in constant rotation.
And this wasn't even all that was there. At least 12 copies of The Life of Pi, most of Jonathan Franzen's stuff, the typically gamut of Dickens, Austin, Twain, and Tolstoy that seem to always be there, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, idk how they all ended up here of all places.
Why is it I always find Lord of the Rings books at Goodwill? I haven't been to a single Goodwill that didn't.
