How much formal logic should I learn before reading Wittgenstein? Do you guys have any good resources?

I mean you don't really new to know formal logic to appreciate most of Wittgensteins early work (and none of his later). Moreover his notation is dated, and even then it was obscure and unconventional - which makes for harder reading.
