Judging by your Pepe pic, you want help as opposed to a genuine interest.
1) See your doctor
2) Get some dick-killing SSRI's
3) Sit alone at home, popping pills and wondering if you'll forever be alone with your ugly appearance and newly limp dick
4) Ultimately get worse
OR:
1) Get fit (walk/jog/etc)
2) Make friends (or start seeing old ones)
3) Spend more time outside
4) Listen to more upbeat music
5) MAYBE see a shrink
