I'm looking for a relatively common word I can't recall that basically means "extreme determination", especially when talking about a young man who seeks power of some sort. Thanks.
Passionate ?
Hitlerity?

No.
Think of something like a peasant boy who repeatedly escapes capture after trying to kill the king and usurp his throne dozens of times.
Never mind I found it, it's ambition.
Sociopathy.
It's not always "bad" to have these traits. They have their uses in society and such people aren't necessarily criminal.

Sociopaths can be apathetic and lazy too, you know.
>>8398789
Heh. Nothing personnel, kid.
>>8398730
tenacity bruh
Tenacious or impervious or obdurate, maybe.
>>8399034
impetuous* is what I meant
>>8399034
Is there some difference between tenacious, ambitious and obdurate? What is it?
>>8398756
Perseverance?
>>8398777
Ambition can also be flaccid and un-acted upon however.
The word itself has no connotation of persistence of pursuit; only persistence of desire.

I said that it was common, quit sperging out

But couldn't this also apply to determination?
