No, it's slang for "liberal authoritarianism". It's a stupid, unrelated, and conspiracy-born name, but it's got a meaning beyond "I don't like it".

This is the case with most words people say have no meaning any more.

The Frankfurt School is a bunch of mostly Jewish post-war German thinkers, it wasn't really a unified group, who was part of the Frankfurt School depends on who you ask. Some of those thinkers were rather conservative, most of them didn't want anything to do with the 60s/70s more radical left cultural movements.

How the 'new right' came up with the whole 'Frankfurt School is to blame for everything nowadays' is beyond me as again, most of them were against the far left. Maybe just anti-semitic memery.

Even if I think it is somewhere between silly conspiracy theory and interesting leaderless social movement, this is just blowing it off.

The reactions of the sad puppies and gamer gate shows that there is definitely a movement that is pushing for forced multicultural integration into media genres that traditionally have been very insular, and a definite reactionary population that is virulently against it. Even Huntington in Clash says that America may soon be viewed outside of the context of western civilization if this movement embeds itself much more deeply within culture, although he declines to make apocalyptic prophecy regarding the outcome.
