>wait a day
>"hey anon, unfortunately our company doesn't communicate well with our factory where we sort the books, the photos you see online are just random stock photos, *in bold* we do not guarantee that the book you see online is the one you will get, if you wish to return we charge a $2 dollar re-stocking fee."
wtf /lit/ it's like going to a thrift book store, it's not for sure they are going to have the book you want, and online you can't get the book you want....i just want to read with a cool cover...

I wish you had warned me ahead of time
what site?
You could contest the charges if you really want to. Claim services were not rendered. Otherwise stop being autistic.

I just wanted to be an asshole

thrift books, just a heads up to all of you who shop there, what you see is not guaranteed what you will get, everything else i have no issue, i will shop there in the future but im going to have to make sure how many editions of the book im ordering has. IF you return it they will charge you 2 dollars. Not trying to make them look bad just stating what happened to me. Great website.

If you have a local bookstore that has new books they may be able to order it if it's the latest edition or a certain publisher. If it's worth that much to you a few extra bucks to buy new is worth it.
If you use abebooks, ebay, or I think even amazon you can see exactly what edition of the book you're going to get.

This. I've ordered tons of books off amazon and it's always been the cover pictured.
