How much of Harvard's 5 foot shelf have you read?

Less than 40% and you don't belong on this board

Only nine greek dramas? Plebs, I've read more in the last two weeks.
>>8385928
It's sufficient since almost more than 99% of them become extinct.
>>8385939
It's alright to read just the 20%. The people who made that book presumably know much better about ancient greek dramas than some /lit/ no-name.

No, that list just isn't intended to be complete. Which is fine, but it shouldn't be taken as gospel for a definitive enumeration of the classics worth reading.
>3/4 Platonic dialogues about the trial and death of Socrates, no Republic
>Confessions of Augustine but no City of God
>Parts 1 and 3 of Sophocles' Oedipus cycle, missing the less exciting but thematically more significant culmination of Oedipus at Colonus
>One fucking Aristophanes play
>Only half of Don Quixote
>Odyssey but no Iliad
This is a shelf-filler and I would be surprised it if weren't riddled with awful translations.

Nice meme words, mememaster.
>VOL. I. His Autobiography, by Benjamin Franklin

Sugary cereals are an abomination in the eyes of Demeter. Even Raisin Bran is offensive.
I'm gonna write a play about it.
>>8385908
Their translations are awful and they abridge many of the works
