In this book, the CIA is told to recruit one token black guy who then becomes an expert on military and intelligence shit, learns how to fight, studies guerrilla wars and communist movements and then launches an insurgency on US soil.

Sounds abit like 5 days of the Condor in form, which if you're into lit is like the ultimate kind of this story since instead of a black dude it's a guy who reads a lot of books looking for hidden meaning.
