>0435 - 0535 read for an hour, snack on fruits and nuts, and sometimes oatmeal
>0535 - 0640 walk and jog with my doggo for 7-8 km
>0640 - 0710 shower, change clothes, make lunch
>0710 - 0730 drive to work
>0730 - 0830 read before work
>0830 - 1700 work, have a 1 hour lunch that I read and eat through
>1700 - 1730 drive home
>1730 - 1800 walk doggo
>1800 - 1830 cook and eat dinner
>1830 - 2130 study
>2130 - 2200 read
>2200 bedtime
